Thank you for this day God, not because today is more special, not because you have given me more today, not because my circumstance is better, but because you have given me another day to live for you, another day to enjoy your creation, another day to be thankful for all the things you have given me, another day to seek you, another day to walk with you, another day to be reminded that you worked to create everything for me to enjoy, another day to draw closer to you, and another day to be reminded of your presence.  Father, I thank you and thank you and thank you. Admitting to My weaknesses

Yes, God I am weak. 

Yes, God I am jealous. 

Yes, God, I worry about tomorrow. 

And Yes, God, I whine. 

But, oh Lord God, I thank you for your promises and your love because I know oh Lord that you will help me fight these weaknesses. 

For though I am weak, you are strong

though i am easily shaken you are not, 

and though I am so easily tempted, you are always there with me.
